We wanted to take a break, do something different without the need to be connected and be totally emerged in Nature.
So we went to Le Gîte les 3 moulins, with its wonderful hosts Alexia and Albert and their nice children Louise and Martin.
They showed us how to milk cows, how a farm works, what was their everyday work etc. We shared some stories around a dinner table full with tasty coquille saint jacques cooked by Alexia. We also picked some tomatoes and apples, took some eggs, played with Martin and the animals and also feed them.
It was only two days but it seems like we where away during an entire week. This is the most refreshing trip we have ever had with the best hosts ever, I mean it!
Getting back to the basics like walking in the nature, smelling fresh air, cooking genuine products, cuddling animals, watching the waves at the beach, was a really great experience that allowed us to get back on track in the best mood we could have ever had. When you have love, good food, good people around altogether in a nice place you definitely have all you need.
