My dear friend Dai texted me on a Saturday afternoon telling me that she was in a new Vegan Bakery. She was sending me video of a cookie to show me how good they where. She could not stop selling me the brioche, and cookies and.. that I texted my husband and we went right away. She told me about the line outside but we were not scared about it. It was going fast. We tried them and we were in heaven.
Just loved the caramel, the texture, the chocolate, everything about it. I am not a huge fan of brioche but if I had to eat one I would probably eat the one at Lands of Monkey. You got it, I love the place and it will take a bit of time for me to forget about theses cookies.
