1/ Mix all the dry ingredients together, included the spices and the choco chips.
Than add the oil and the milk.
Mix mix mix with a fork, than your hands until you get a nice dough.
If it’s too dry add a bit of olive oil, but first mixed everything, be patient.
2/ Let it sleep a bit during one hour in the fridge (cover it)
If you dont have time, you can follow I feel you. Who likes to wait ?
You can do it directly but you know what we say patience is a vertu.
Every time I tried this recipe it was better when I let it sleep. Just saying. It’s your call now.
3/ When your dough have been sleeping during an hour (or not depending of your time)
Start to make balls with it.
You can use a tablespoon to make the same size. (half of it)
The size of the dough is almost like an energy ball. You can almost close your hand on it. Make sense ?
4/ Pre-heat the oven at 180°
5/ Flatten them with your hands.
Put them on a baking paper.
6/ Then in the oven at 180° During 5 to 10min
If you pre-heat your oven, 5 is enough depending of your oven of course.
Do not exceed 10 min.
The cookies continue to bake even if you put them out of the oven,
if you let them too long they will be too harsh. If you like it that way, fine,
but if you like it smooth check after 5min.
Enjoy folks
