You are waiting for your boss to give you some recognition, or your parents or even your friends.
But mind the one you just need to please is yourself.
If you don’t trust yourself, if you are not satisfied, you could still be waiting for all the kinds words to come at you, or hear the compliments from anyone, but no one will make your heart beat.
When you will be satisfied by yourself and be proud of you,
that day and only from that day, you could finally be ready to take the good from others.
